Group 1 - Cost Savings (Volume purchasing)

Each end user would make purchase based upon their respective procurement policies and procedures. This may include group purchasing which reduce your Cost and Saving your organization money.  Approved vendors will offer a discount from listed price in accordance to each independent member respective policy and procedure. The end user (agency/institution) may place orders by telephone, or online utilizing the price structure of the vendor. Click here for a sample of a discount structure.

Group 2 - Cost Savings for RFPs/RFQs

National Purchasing – This would be a National Award from a Competitive Request for Proposal/Request for Quote (RFP/RFQ). Most of these National Awards are developed from Annual projections from interested Members.

Participate Purchasing - This is design for specific (RFP/RFQ) pricing uploaded from the interested Member.
